My training is: Positive, Practical, and Balanced!
	Training the dog, and the handler, for Protection, Police, and/or ASR work MUST be FUN
	for the dog!  If it's not fun, the dog will not progress very far or well.
	Yes, there is work involved in training.  And some will be hard and challenging.
	But, the REWARDS of you and your dogs hard work will be worth it!

	In the beginning of training, there is more of the Play/Prey drive training and then,
	as the dog learns the exercises "strategically" I introduce aggression.
	These drives need to be "balanced" for each individual dog.
	Aggression will add the REALISM the dog needs to protect you in REAL life.
	Very few understand how to bring AGGRESSION safely out of a dog.  It can be very
	dangerous for not only the handler, but innocent people as well.
	Most bring DEFENSE out of the dog.  There is a HUGE difference between the two.
	Some actually think the two are the same.  Only to inexperience "pretend" trainers.

	Types of "Sports" and Training
	There are several different Sports programs for dogs. I'm sure you've heard of some.
	Schutzhund, French Ring, KNBV are a few.  These are NOT easy programs to compete in.
	All systems take a strong commitment and dedication of your time and money if you wish to do well.
	It can be a lot of fun for you and your dog.  There are a lot of people competing for 1st Place.
	And because of that, there will also be disappointment.  This is normal.  There's only 1 First Place.
	So it's important to concentrate on the POSITIVE!

	There is also a LOT of favoritism.  It may not be WHAT you and your dog know, but WHO you know!
	THIS IS NOT GOOD FOR REAL LIFE!  

	But what if you just want your dog to protect your home and family?
          

This is a PRACTICAL Personal Protection Exercise

	It will still take a strong commitment and dedication of your time, but since you're
	not "competing" with anyone you and your dog do NOT need to be perfect.

	A "Protection" dog is simple.  You're attacked, your dog bites the attacker.  That's it.
	Now on the "legal" side, the dog must out, or release the attacker when told do by the
	handler.  You MUST have control of your dog.

	Here is an example of my BASIC CONTROL Exercise: Seated Defense of the Handler, ASR Level 1.
	The average citizen doesn't need this much training or control, but they still need to
	have control of their dog at ALL times.

	
	My Basic Protection Course
		Your dog will Protect you and your family members, your house and your Car.
		Most of the training is on lead.
		No "suit" work will be involved, but hidden sleeves will be used.
		You will be able to walk your dog on a leash controllably around people and other dogs.
		Your dog will pre-out (stop before biting) if the bad guy gives up.
		Your dog will be able to perform a basic obedience routine.

	
	This is all that 95% of the population needs from a protection dog.
	But what if you decide you want more?  NOT A PROBLEM!

	As with Obedience, there are many GOOD trainers in the world.
	Unfortunately, there are more BAD trainers, or "Pretend" trainers as I call them.
	I have seen dozens of these pretend trainers come and go in my area alone.

	They really "talk" a good game.  They have a lot of book knowledge and they know what to
	say and how to talk to you and make themselves sound like they are SUPER TRAINER!
	They almost always guarantee results.  You will always get results, but that doesn't mean
	you will get the results you want and need!

	They will promise you anything to get your money.  Many might have been to training
	seminars and/or schools to become "Master Trainers" or "Certified Trainers".  They might even
	have many titles or certificates.  Again, going to schools and seminars are good.
	You can possibly learn a lot about training dogs.  But it doesn't MAKE you a good trainer!
	How many YEARS did they attend school?  Or "days"?
	You need ON THE JOB training.  That's what I have.  I learned from EXPERIENCE trainers
	and worked through many problems WITH problem dogs.

"Imitation is the Best Form of Flattery"
	Several people are trying to copy me, my technics, my style, and my videos.
	They try to copy my decoy work.  It is good they want to copy me.
	It shows that they know and appreciate the HIGH QUALITY of my ASR Decoy Work and
	my training methods, they know it works!

	But trying to learn by JUST copying my technics, style, videos and ads is NOT good enough!
	You MUST have FIRST hand experience.  You can only learn the IDEA of how to Decoy or train
	if you just watch videos and try to copy someones technics.
	You can NOT learn to CORRECTLY Train and/or "Catch" dogs by limiting yourself to
	watching videos.  That is CARELESS TRAINING!!!

	To become a quality Decoy and/or Trainer you need to be schooled from an experienced Decoy
	that has many YEARS of actual experience.  That is the ONLY way you can learn the mechanics
	of the exercises and style of catching each dog.
	Not by someone who has just caught a few dogs or has been in a few trials and such.

	IF you are willing to learn, I am able to help you reach your goal of becoming a "Quality" Decoy.
	I am qualified to train Decoy's for Protection & American Street Ring.
	Learn from the Senior ASR Decoy.

	
	A lot of "trainers" lower their standards because
	they or the dogs they train cannot meet the standard.
	I will NEVER lower my standard to meet the dog!
	I will NEVER lower the quality of my training!
	I will raise the standard of the DOG and HANDLER.

	I have set my goals and standards very HIGH.
	I will strive to bring you, the handler, your dog,
	and the most important part, my training,
